After starting in real estate in 1976 as a homebuilder and residential realtor, Steve quickly realized land was his interest. Since then, he's specialized in recreation properties, farms and ranches, orchards and vineyards, development land and commercial real estate. Steve has been an active member and former President of the Colorado West Marketing Group, as well as a long-time member and past President of the Colorado Chapter of Realtors Land Institute.
In 2005, Steve was named "Land Realtor of the Year" by the Colorado Chapter of the Realtors Land Institute. Steve also holds the accredited land consultant designations requiring years of specialized education and many successful land transactions.
Personal interests include ranching, hunting, fishing, sports, boating and snowmobiling. Steve has been a Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Two Rivers Realty, Inc. since 1991.
