Katie Zambrano:
Being a native of Grand Junction it’s easy for Katie Zambrano to say, “this is a great place to live”! Katie has worked in the real estate business for over thirteen years and enjoys assisting Buyers and Sellers in their real estate ventures. “Buying or selling real estate is a very exciting time in your life, and I love helping you make the transaction as smooth as possible.”
Katie is a member of the Colorado Association of Realtors, CAR, and the Grand Junction Area Realtor Association. She also serves as the liaison for the members services committee of the local Board of Realtors.
While Katie specializes in Residential Real Estate, she also is able to assist in all other aspects of real estate. “The real estate business is one you can never know enough about, which is one of the many reasons why I love what I do.”
Katie is married and the mother of two girls. She enjoys traveling as often as she can to her two favorite places, Las Vegas and Disney World.
