Lynn is a native of the Grand Valley and has been a successful business person in Grand Junction for over twenty years. Lynn has just recently been awarded the;
*CNE (Certified Negotiations Expert) designation. The Certified Negotiation Expert designation course is designed specifically to give Realtors® and real estate professionals, the knowledge, training and ability needed to become an expert negotiator – a vital skill required for real estate transactions.
*CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) designation. A certification to agents completing specialized training in short sales and foreclosure prevention.
She is part of the Executive Club from 2010 and is proud to be part of the 100% club of 2009.
