Jim moved to Grand Junction in 1992 after almost ten years in the Air Force to run the operations for Country Jam USA.
He spent three years in the building industry here in Western Colorado. Projects ranging from single family homes to large multi-family projects like the Lindon Point Apartment Complex on Orchard Mesa.
What Jim has learned through his experiences is that he has a love for people and architecture; these two have lead him to choose a career in real estate. After 15 years of sales experience, Jim has become a master of thinking outside the box. He understands that every situation, person is unique and deserves professional service. Wanting to be the best lead him to the Colorado Real Estate Institute, one of Colorado's top real estate schools, wanting to work with the best brought him to RE/MAX Two Rivers Realty, Inc. From the beginning of his career in real estate Jim has been a constant Top Performer. In 2008 Jim was ranked in the top 10 producing agents in the Mountain States Region out of thousands of agents.
Jim balances out his life with his wife, Janice and their five children.
